What runs the back of house.

Gear and fault tracking

Every booth, backdrop, printer, and cable has a record — faults, repairs, and service history. Flag a fault and it stays with the item until it is cleared, not buried in a group chat, and a blocker flags the item before it ships.

  • Printer 03 — fault flagged
  • Mirror booth 02 — clear
A flagged gear fault: a printer reporting streaked prints, with a photo of the defect and the crew member who reported it.

Crew

Roles, load-in times, and one-tap briefings, tied to the event they belong to. Directory folds in here: clients, crew, vendors and venues, with call, text and email one tap away.

The Contacts screen filtered to Staff, showing crew members with their contact details.

Bootheo Intelligence

Describe the event and get the checklist. Bootheo also reads your own history — the venue, the booth, the client — and surfaces what it already knows before you need it.

The wifi at this venue drops out near the loading dock — the last crew ran the booth on a hotspot.

venue notes

The last three events at this venue all ran long on load-in.

Mirror booth 02 has jammed twice on 4x6 prints since its last service.

Messaging and debrief

Messaging keeps event conversation on the event — team and one-to-one, with photos and read receipts. Debrief closes the loop while the night is still fresh, and the client recap starts written instead of blank.

A team message thread with a photo attachment and reactions on two of the messages.

White Label Board

Post a listing when you're short on crew or booths, and other operators in your metro claim it. No booking tool, no cold outreach — operators covering operators.

A White Label Board listing: an operator needing coverage for a wedding, with metro, booth type and date.

Everything, together

Every event, every gear item, every crew assignment — one dashboard for owners and admins to see it all at a glance, without digging through five different screens.

Owners and admins get the full picture on the web at dash.bootheo.com.

I built Bootheo because I was tired of the night before — the phone calls, the guessing about which printer got fixed, the debrief pieced together from five different texts. We run every one of our own events on it.

Kyle Anderson

Founder, Bootheo

One booth, twenty or thirty events a year, and nobody else to hand anything to.

The checklist and the debrief live somewhere other than your memory.

Three or four events on the same Saturday, run by attendants you brief by text.

Every booth, backdrop and crew assignment sits on one card all of them can see.

Sixty events a month, a warehouse, and staff who load in without you.

Faults stay with the item until they're cleared, and the run of show is set before anyone leaves.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days. You'll add a card to start, we'll email you before the first charge, and you can cancel any time inside the trial.

What happens when I hit my booth limit?

Your booth count is a hard limit. At your limit, Bootheo won't let you add another booth until you upgrade. Solo is 1, Crew is 5, Studio is 15 — and crew is unlimited on every plan.

Is it available on both iOS and Android?

Yes. Bootheo runs on iPhone and Android, plus the web dashboard for owners and admins.

What about my booking software?

Bootheo works alongside your booking tools — we handle operations, not bookings. That's by design.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Unlimited crew on every plan, and seats are never billed. Everyone gets the app; owners and admins also get the web dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Bootheo is built on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or shared.
